What are disbursements?
Disbursements are costs and fees incurred by your conveyancer during the process of buying or selling your home. Typically, disbursements are covered by the buyer and represent around 15% over and above your conveyancing fee, depending on the nature of your transaction. Disbursements for a property purchase normally include:
