EXPRESS YOUR WISHES TO THOSE WHO CARE FOR YOU.

Powers of Attorney and Medical Decision Maker

As difficult as it is to think about, we don’t want to leave the hard decisions to our families when they are already suffering. At the same time as drafting your Will, we highly recommend you also put in place documents that plan for any future incapacity.

Powers of Attorney and Medical Decision Maker documents ensure that if you somehow become unable to make decisions about your finances, your medical treatment or living arrangements, then the person or persons who you trust to make these decisions can do so unhindered.
